The Idea

Mr. Patty started with one simple idea: a really good burger shouldn't need a restaurant, a chef, or an hour in the kitchen.
So we made the patty for it. Restaurant-quality beef and chicken, frozen fresh at -21°C to keep all the flavour in, ready to cook straight from the freezer in about five minutes. No thawing, no oil.
We don't sell frozen food. We sell the result: the crispy sear, the juicy bite, the moment it hits the bun. That's taste on demand.
